Whirlpool Touchscreen Experience
Starting with nothing but an empty wall spec, I designed a 7-foot touchscreen installation for Whirlpool's Chicago showroom — full game UX, product identity, and icon library. It became the centerpiece of the space and has run continuously for years.

Page Redesign
Ten category pages, one design lead, four cross-functional teams. I rebuilt Maytag.com's page architecture around a narrative-first framework that gave purchase-ready shoppers a reason to stay. Every page shipped on time — and portions are still live nearly nine years later.
Amana Site Redesign
A full redesign of Amana.com built to match the brand's core identity: simple, direct, and fast. Worked closely with developers to architect a site that preloaded assets on arrival, delivering an offline-capable experience that far exceeded the client's performance expectations.
Craftsman
Smart Lawn App
Led design and development of Craftsman's Smart Lawn app, launching on both iOS and Android to support their smart mower product line. Created an intuitive maintenance tracking system with step-by-step guides that helps homeowners monitor battery health, schedule oil changes, and replace blades at optimal intervals. Two rounds of usability testing shaped the final product, drove a 40% increase in connected-device engagement.
